Documents You May Need
The following documents may be required during or after your application. Having them ready will help ensure a smooth and timely process.
Commercial Documents
- Purchase Order / Invoice
- Supplier quotes (for Purchase Order funding)
- RFQ / RFP (a copy of the actual submitted version is preferred)
- Other (e.g. Contract / SLA / Master Agreement)(optional)
Compliance Documents
- Company Registration
- Director ID copies
- Valid Tax certificate (must not expire within 30 days of funding application)
- Company 3 months bank statements
- Company Bank confirmation letter (account must be older than 3 months)
- CSD Report (downloaded in the last 5 days)(required for public sector funding only)
- Vendor confirmation letter with vendor number(required for private sector funding only)
- Director proof of address (e.g. utilities, rental agreement, rates & taxes)
